We'll integrate it and let all customers know. It won't affect pricing — it's included in every plan as a matter of course. We're not going to launch a new "premium" tier for something that should be standard.

Yes, any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. We'll prorate any billing difference.

Get in touch before you hit the limit. We'd rather work out something that fits your practice than push you into a tier that doesn't make sense for your size.

All plans include written onboarding documentation. Professional and Practice tiers get a live onboarding session with a member of the team — call or video, your choice.

Data is stored on UK-based servers, encrypted in transit and at rest. We don't share client data with third parties and we don't use it for anything other than operating the service.

You'll get a notification before you hit it — not when you're already over. No existing clients are affected while you decide whether to upgrade.

The tool is built for MTD IT quarterly workflows. If you have clients who fall under MTD for VAT or other obligations, that's on the roadmap — but we'd rather be straightforward about what's built today than over-promise.
